** Quickbread Base

*** Ingredients
| Mass | Amount  | Ingredient                                                                    |
|------+---------+-------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
|      | 2 Cups  | flour mix.  Any mix of gluten free flours will do.  I use 50/50 corn/cassava. |
|      | 1 Tsp   | Baking powder                                                                 |
|      | 1 Tsp   | Baking soda                                                                   |
|      | 1/2 Tsp | Salt                                                                          |
|      | 3/4 Cup | Granulated sugar                                                              |
|      | 1/3 Cup | Oil or melted butter.  I use melted coconut oil.                              |
|      | 3/4 Cup | of water or milk for more flavor.  Dairy-free milks are good too.             |
|      | 1 Tsp   | Vinegar (such as Apple Cider Vinegar)                                         |
|      | 1/4 Cup | Mashed banana.  I usually approximate this to 1-2 bananas, mashed.            |
|      | 1 Tsp   | Vanilla extract                                                               |
*** Steps
1. Pre-heat oven at 325F.
2. Mix dry
3. Mix wet
4. Combine and whisk
5. Pour and bake for 50-120min.  Test with toothpick - passes if doesn't pull
   out any foodstuff crumbs.
*** Variations
**** Brownies
Add additional ingredients to make it taste like brownies.
**** Nutty Banana Bread
Add chopped nuts such as walnuts or hazelnuts.  Increase vanilla extract
dosage.
